Weekly Meal Plan Week 31  

Monday:

Spicy Mussels in a White Wine Cream Sauce with Bacon and Tomatoes
with Crusty Bread (you can go with store-bought)

Tuesday:

Quick Night Tandoori, serve with rice cooked according to package directions and reserve one cup of the cooked rice for another day.
Serve with a Green Salad, prep enough salad for two meals and then store half in the fridge for another day.

Wednesday:

Pasta in a Creamy Mushroom Sauce with Baby Spinach
 

Thursday:

Double Cheeseburgers
served with Cajun Sweet Potato Wedges

Friday:

 
Spicy Bean Burritos …use the leftover rice from Tuesday…
Served with the remaining  Green Salad from Tuesday
