… served with your favourite Crusty Bread for dipping (store-bought will work too!)

Tuesday:

Spicy Vegan Power Bowl

Served with a Green Salad; prep enough salad for two meals and then store half in the fridge for another day.

Wednesday:
Cajun Seafood Salad
Thursday:
Cheesy Beef and Rice Broccoli Casserole

… with the remaining Green Salad from Tuesday.

Friday:
Chicken Chow Mein
