Steak and Goat Cheese Salad with a Creamy Scallion and Lime Dressing (Reserve the leftover dressing for Tuesday’s dinner)
 
Tuesday:
 
Sticky Chicken Drumsticks
 
with Cajun Sweet Potato Wedges – roast the wedges at 400, the same temp as the chicken (serve with the reserved dressing from Monday) and…
 
Green Salad (prep enough for two salads and store half)
 
Wednesday:
 
Pasta e Fagioli
 
with Crusty Bread (store-bought bread will work too!) 
 
Thursday:
 
Baked Ranch Pasta
 
served with the remaining Green Salad from Tuesday.
 
Friday:
 
Vegetable Teriyaki Chow Mein
