Planning ahead is key to meal prep.  My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!

 

Monday:

BRICK CHICKEN

Butterfly and prep the chicken on Sunday then cover and store in your fridge until Monday.

(Baked) Texas Roadhouse Potato Skins

and a…

Green Salad

..prep enough for two salads and then store half in the fridge for tomorrow’s dinner…

 

 

Tuesday:

Copycat Cheesecake Factory Pasta Da Vinci

serve with the remaining…

Wednesday:

Cheesy Cauliflower and Potato Soup

serve with…

Bruschetta

 

Serve with…

Melting Potatoes

and…

(Cook 1 1/2 cups of Long grain rice according to package directions then cool and store in the fridge for tomorrow’s dinner.

 

 

Friday:

Baked Quesadillas

and…

(Use the rice you cooked yesterday)
