Monday:

Sausage and Alfredo Skillet Lasagna with Fresh Spinach

Tuesday:

                            BBQ steak; cook 4 x 8 oz Sirloin steaks according to My Guide to the Perfect Steak. Reserve two steaks for Wednesday’s dinner.

Served with Lazy Cheesy-Broccoli Potatoes

And an Italian Tomato Salad

Wednesday:

Steak and Goat Cheese Salad with a Creamy Scallion and Lime Dressing

Thursday:

Cheesy Broccoli, Chicken and Rice Skillet Casserole

Friday:

Pasta in a Creamy Mushroom Sauce with Baby Spinach
