Monday:

Cheesy Beef and Rice Broccoli Casserole

Tuesday:
Shrimp Tacos
With my Avocado and Tomato Salad with Corn
Wednesday:
Grilled Pork
With… Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potato Bites
and served with a Green Salad with a Sweet Honey Mustard Vinaigrette (prep enough for two salads and then store half for another meal).
 
Thursday:
Pasta e Fagioli (you can cheat and add in the pasta after 20 minutes)serve with your favourite crunchy bread.
 
Friday:
Tuscan Summer Pasta

Served with the prepped Green Salad from Wednesday.
