Happy New Year!

This week’s meal plan is inspired by the decadent holiday meals our family enjoyed.  Here you’ll see more vegetarian dishes with only one fish dish and one chicken dish because we ate way too much red meat over the holidays.  Remember a healthy lifestyle embraces balance.
