Meal Plan Week 165

Planning ahead is key to meal prep.  My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!

 

Monday:

Old-Fashioned Beef Stew with Dumplings

Prep the crockpot recipe on Sunday then store in your fridge until Monday morning.  Set the crock pot to low on Monday morning then follow the recipe to thicken the stew when you get home from work.

 

Tuesday:

Pasta in a Spicy Marinara with Homemade Ricotta

serve with…

Green Salad

..prep enough for two salads and then store half in the fridge for Friday’s dinner.

 

 

Wednesday:

Ceasar Salad

with…

Grilled Chicken

 

Thursday:

Stracciatella Soup

with…

Bruschetta 

 

Friday:

Baked Quesadillas

Served with the remaining…

Green Salad
