Served with a green salad with a Sweet Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

Tuesday:

Strawberry and Feta Salad with Walnuts

Served with Spiced Chicken (cook 2 extra breasts).

Wednesday:

Vegetable Teriyaki Chow Mein

Thursday:

Santa Fe Chicken Quesadillas (double the recipe); use the leftover chicken breasts from Tuesday…

Served with Mexican Red-Beans with Rice (this will make enough rice for two meals).

Friday:

BBQ Pork Chops

Served with the leftover Mexican Red-Beans with Rice

and a Tomato Salad
