Monday:

Pan Chicken with Bacon and Mushrooms

Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes

and a Tomato Salad

Tuesday:

Shrimp and Scallop Gnocchi in a Lightened-Up Creamy Garlic Sauce

Served with a  Green Salad, prep enough for two salads and store half in the fridge for another day.

Wednesday:

Spicy Bean Burritos

With an Avocado and Tomato Salad with Corn

Thursday:

One-Pan Sausage and Pepper Pasta Bake

Served with reserved Green Salad from Monday.

Friday:

Steak and Goat Cheese Salad with a Creamy Scallion and Lime Dressing
