Monday:

Spicy Bean Burritos

Served with a  Green Salad, prep enough for two salads and store half.

Tuesday:

BBQ Pork

Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes – add an extra (large) potato, the rest can remain the same (this serves 8 so it will be enough for two meals).

Served with a fresh Tomato salad

Wednesday:

Tuscan Summer Pasta with the rest of the Green Salad.  Prepare and marinade chicken dish according to Spicy Mediterranean Roasted Chicken Breasts recipe (store, covered in the fridge over night).

Thursday:

Spicy Mediterranean Roasted Chicken Breasts

Served with the leftover Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes 

and…Asian Broccoli and Snow Pea Salad

Friday:

Jalapeño Burger

With… Wedgies
