Grill Baste

Because I’m all about that baste, bout that baste…

Pardon the pun!

Sorry but I’ve had that song stuck in my head since I started working on this post. I don’t even like that song 🤭

Now on to the baste, this is a yummy, garlicky butter sauce, seasoned to perfection with herbs and a blend of acids. Think Italian bbq sauce that you’ll probably want to drink 😋

This is how you make it:

Combine all ingredients together in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Simmer until slightly bubbling.

Brush on the chicken as its grilling, finish with a fresh coat just as you take the meat off the grill.

As always, let the meat rest for 10 minutes before diving in!

A simple Grill Baste recipe to bring your next bbq to the next level, use it on meat or veggies or both 🤗
