I am always on the hunt for a new burger sauce or condiment to try. Switching up simple ingredients in any sauce changes the entire experience. I must admit this was an attempt to recreate McDonald’s Big Mac sauce but I had a big miss here. This sauce doesn’t taste anything like the Big Mac sauce I was looking for BUT it is its own deliciousness!
This sauce is sweet and tangy and slightly crunchy from the relish and it belongs on your next burger!!!

Refrigerate until you’re ready to eat!
