Served with a  Green Salad, prep enough for two salads and store half

Black Bean Chicken (serve with rice)

 

Wednesday:

 

 

Spinach and Cheese Skillet Lasagna

 

 

 

With the remaining Green Salad from Monday.

 

Thursday:

 

 

Grilled Pork Chops

 

 

Served with Bruschetta

 

Friday:

 

 

Baked Beef Chimichangas

 

 

Served with Avocado with Tomato and Corn Salad
