Meal Plan Week 45


MEAL PLAN WEEK 45

Monday:

Spicy Mussels in a White Wine Cream Sauce with Bacon and Tomatoes.

Simply serve with Crusty Bread to soak up all the yummy sauce (store-bought bread will work too!).

Tuesday:                    

Honey-Lime Marinated Grilled Chicken (cook two extra chicken breasts), serve with rice (according to package directions) and

Roasted Asparagus.

Wednesday:

 

 

Healthy, Spicy Southwestern Macaroni and Cheese,

 

serve with a Green Salad (I’d go with my Sweet Honey Mustard Vinaigrette to compliment the heat of the pasta).  Prep enough lettuce and veggies for two salads; store half in the fridge for Thursday.

 

Thursday:

 

Chicken Quesadillas

with the remaining Green Salad from Wednesday.  Use the yummy marinated chicken breasts from Tuesday.

Friday:

A delicious Steak

with Gentle Bok Choy.
