Monday:

Fish Tacos

With my Avocado and Tomato Salad with Corn

Tuesday: 

Grilled Pork

With my Traditional Mashed Potato Salad (this is enough for two meals so store half in the fridge for another day).

Served With a Green Salad, prep enough for two salads and then store half in the fridge; I’d go with my Sweet Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

Wednesday:

Jalapeño Marinated Grilled Chicken

With… Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potato Bites

Thursday:

Double Cheeseburgers

Served with the leftover Traditional Mashed Potato Salad and the remaining Green Salad you have prepped from Tuesday (go with a red wine vinaigrette to switch it up.)

Friday:

Barbecued Steak

with… Grilled Corn

and… Bruschetta
