Basil Chimichurri
Summer is slowly coming to an end and a great way to celebrate the fact that it’s still here is to enjoy the abundance of fresh herbs in the garden and to barbeque a delicious steak (and yes, we barbeque in the snow and fresh herbs are available all year round but there’s something magical about this time of year!), this dish is easy, healthy and simply delicious.
