Stress-Free Easter Dinner

Instead of a weekly meal plan since we have an extra long weekend.  I wanted to share an Easter menu that can be on the table in 2 hours or less; thats right 2 hours or less!

Start with the chicken, them move on to prepping the dip, then the potato salad and while the chicken is resting (after roasting), roast the asparagus.

Boom:)

To start:

Salmon Dip; serve with yummy pumpernickel bread, crackers and your favourite crunch veggies (a.k.a. Crudités).

Then the main course:

Creole Roasted Chicken

with

French Green Bean and Potato Salad

and

Roasted Asparagus

and for dessert:

I’d go with a simple fruit platter using your favourite fruit.
