Meal Plan Week Two
This is my second instalment of Lisa G Cooks Meal Plan. With a little strategy and doubling up with some recipes you can have healthy, balanced dinners every night. Also if you’re game, you can do a little prep on the weekend… Okay, stay with me… I said “IF” 😬
with Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes (Reserve 1 1/2 Cups Mashed Potatoes for another day – add in an extra potato and keep the rest of the recipe the same; add more buttermilk as needed).
and Roasted Broccoli
with a Greek-ish Salad
- Use the reserved Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes from Tuesday.
- Go with any salad of your choosing.
Cheesy Broccoli Soup
1 You can go with your favourite garlic bread instead if you prefer.
